We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in a successful, niche and dynamic Rugged technology reseller based in Petersfield. We are not your usual boring IT company. We are keen to find the right person above experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, test and upgrade Rugged products
- Ensure each system undergoes quality testing and OS Upgrades prior to dispatch.
- Assist the sales team with various upgrade tasks
- Ensure stock reports are updated accordingly.
- Testing and repairing returned systems.
- Organising outbound shipments.
- Assist colleagues where required.
- Assist with general day-to-day tasks.
- Potention in Sales support with creating and managing sales records on our website and Online marketplaces.
- Updating and creating Social Media articles.
- Assist and organise International exports.
Required Skills
- A good technical understanding (both hardware and software).
- A methodical approach with attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines
- Enthusiasm for continued learning.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work as part of a small team i.e., be flexible.
- Be reliable and trustworthy -we work with Military and government

Salary- competitive (negotiable as per experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £29,000.00 per year
