About the Role:
Join our dynamic Controllership and Finance Operations team as a Graduate Financial Accountant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records meet regulatory and legal standards while supporting best-in-class financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post global payroll for 12+ markets.
• Assist in month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage prepayments, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare and post monthly journals and fixed asset reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of various financial statements.
• Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits.
• Liaise with departments outside of finance to ensure operational excellence
• Conduct foreign currency revaluations and internal audits.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or work experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics accounting software.
