The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams. You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing tools, analysing data, and enabling both teams to execute strategies that align with our business goals. You will ensure that all operational aspects of both functions run smoothly, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and IT.


Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of Salesforce (SFDC), ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other software
  • Assist in customising SFDC to meet changing business requirements
  • Develop reports and dashboards for Sales & Marketing teams to drive leadership decision making
  • Manage the import of data through imports or manual data entry
  • Provide support for all sales and marketing tools
  • Manage our data in SFDC to increase data quality, GDPR compliance and target ICP
  • Be the first point of call for Sales to support lead generation in SFDC

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a sales & marketing operations role, ideally in a B2B SaaS business
  • Have strong understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot, certifications in Salesforce not essential but preferable
  • Have strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar tools
  • Love solving problems and be able to demonstrate this with experience history
  • Enjoy identifying jobs that can be automated to help everyone work more efficiently
  • Be analytically minded and have good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication with team members
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
