Director of Marketing and Communications (HNW Private Tuition and Education Consultancy) Full Time

Simply Learning Tuition is looking for a part-time Director of Marketing and Communications to join our award-winning private tuition and education consultancy team based in Kensington. We are a growing, innovative company with a global client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional service to families and tutors alike.

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in developing our brand and sharing our mission and vision with a growing number of existing and new families, partners and tutors.

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. We are currently looking for someone to work part-time (20 hours per week) and anticipate the move to full-time employment within three to six months. At that point, we will also consider a job share between two marketeers who both want part-time work.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Copywriting: Follow, research and write about trends in education and create our client and tutor communications. Impactful and articulate writing is a large part of the job. An understanding of the independent education landscape would be helpful
  • Campaign Development: Continue with our existing campaigns and develop and execute new innovative marketing campaigns that highlight the unique selling points of Simply Learning Tuition, leveraging limited budgets creatively. This will promotion of include our popular in person and online events, podcasts, online campaigns, social media content, and the design of promotional materials
  • Performance Analytics: Utilise data-driven tools and techniques to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making real-time adjustments to optimise results. A/B testing, Google Analytics, CRM analysis.
  • Reporting: Accurate and useful reporting on KPI’s
  • Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with potential partners and influencers to expand Simply Learning Tuition’s reach and credibility within the education sector and to reach more potential users of the SLT service
  • Content Creation and Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels – website, emails, paid advertising, press. Strategic analysis of client and tutor journeys and overall analysis of sales performance from MQL through SQL, conversions and follow up & development of new business from existing clients
  • Brand Positioning: Work closely with SLT’s senior team to refine and enhance the brand’s positioning in the competitive education market, ensuring it resonates with target audiences
  • Technology and Tools Optimisation: Research and implement the best marketing tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Briefing and working alongside the Sales Team – helping them to increase conversion rates by providing marketing and physical sales resources

Key KPI’s are growth in MQL and SQL to ultimately drive new business. We will also measure ROI and ROAS.

  • Competitive salary pro-rated between £28,500 – £40,000 depending on experience
