The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our growth by executing and optimising our digital marketing campaigns and CRM strategies. You will work closely with both our internal marketing team as well as our retained agencies to develop innovative marketing campaigns, identify new growth opportunities and experiment with new approaches to engage our audiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is not afraid to push boundaries to achieve remarkable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the CRM strategy to nurture and retain customers and leads, ensuring data-driven segmentation and personalized communication.
  • Campaign Optimisation:** Continuously A/B test, analyze, and improve marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
  • Experimentation: Collaborate with the broader marketing and product teams to experiment with innovative growth strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on email marketing and digital customer journeys.
  • Experience working in a tech start-up or scale-up environment, where agility and adaptability are essential.
  • A degree from a Russell Group university is preferred.
  • Language: Fluent English is essential.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Prior experience in Fintech is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, analyse results, and develop strategies based on insights.
  • A natural experimenter who is comfortable with testing new ideas and learning from both successes and failures.
