JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


LAUNCH WITH 360 OMNI CHANNEL EXCELLENCE


  • Bring to life all ghd outstanding launches across Salon, Premium Retail & SEP customers both in traditional offline and online marketing environments
  • Tracking the deployment of all digital pack deliveries for new launches across all major customers
  • Supporting our launch calendar and campaign rollouts through our Content Factory Strategy as well as being a fundamental part of delivering our biggest experiential moments
  • Responsible for end-to-end briefing and deploying Ad hoc artwork with our design studio and print partners
  • Contribute to optimising and delivering best-in-class Retail Media Marketing, online brand pages and delivering exceptional brand execution within PDPs, Brand stores
  • Cross-functional deployments of ghd Award’s briefs, working closely with our PR and Social Media Team


CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH OF THE #1 LOVED BRAND


  • Beauty Industry Savviness, track and report trends, best-in-class launches within the industry through a monthly wrap-up
  • Support our Marketing Manager in the creation and deployment of our dedicated B2B CRM
  • Ensure ghd’s execution within our Premium Retail doors is flawless by leading Visual Merchandising regular checks, maintenance requests, POS changes, new doors opening


STRONG COLLABORATOR IN A FABULOUS TEAM


  • Lead the Vendor set-up and PO (Purchase Orders) tracking in line with our Monthly budget phasing
  • Cross-functional deployments of ghd Award’s briefs, working closely with our PR and Social Media Team
  • Collaborate with our PR, Social Media and Offline Marketing team in the planning and execution of our UK&I Major Customers Events
  • Present within Monthly Marketing Connects to our UK&I MD
  • Immerse yourself in the wonderful and dynamic world of the hair industry building your network by presenting Marketing Campaigns and Lead Marketing conversations where relevant


KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES


  • Passion, energy, and aspiration in line with ghd products, brand, values & people
  • Ideally undertaken an intern role in a marketing department with 1-year experience
  • Resourceful, creative, and entirely flexible; thrives on positive change
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Understanding of UK&I Haircare Industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills are essential
  • Computer literate and proficiency with MS applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Adobe Creative Suite experience desirable
  • Strong self-awareness, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • UK based with the ability to travel within the UK or Republic of Ireland (ROI) without restrictions
