Position: Appian Lead

Location: London, UK
Certification: L2 Certification is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Appian Development: Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications including process models, user interfaces, and integrations.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Solution Design: Architect scalable, high-performance Appian solutions that meet business objectives.
• Integration: Implement integrations with external systems, databases, and third-party applications using Appian’s Integration features.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance challenges in Appian applications.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation, including design specs, user manuals, and technical documents.
• Best Practices: Keep up with Appian best practices and latest industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
• Appian certification (L2) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of BPM concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Appian solution design and complex application development.
• Experience in Appian integrations and REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
