PA to Women's Health SMT

This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
An opportunity has arisen for a PA to the Senior Management Team based in the Family and Clinical Support Services Division at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will assist the Women's Health SMT at both our Winchester and Basingstoke sites.
It is essential you are able to communicate at all levels confidently, build lasting relationships and have excellent attention to detail.
Responsible for providing a full secretarial and administrative service to the Women’s Health SMT. This will include project support, management and production of correspondence, maintenance of the major incident team lists and the development of appropriate data collection such as spread sheets, action trackers, rotas, etc to ensure the efficient running of the service.
