Marketing Associate Full Time

at The Simple Pharma Group London in London (Published at 17-09-2024)

Simple Pharma Group is dedicated to allowing stranded innovation to exist and thrive within the life sciences industry. The group’s purpose is to improve patient access to medicines globally by providing the best home for proven pharmaceutical products. The group is formed of two sister companies with distinct strategies: Androlabs and Simple Pharma.

What is Androlabs?

Androlabs aims to be a globally significant men’s health pharmaceutical company. Our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap.

Established in February 2021, Androlabs swiftly established its direct presence in core European markets and built relationships with key opinion leaders in the men’s health sector with two prescription medicines for testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction. Now with more than 3,000 healthcare professionals in our network, Androlabs has grown to more than €16m annual revenue with sales in 25 countries. We’re now looking to build on this early success to establish a diverse portfolio of quality medicines that serve our mission.

Globally, on average, men have an average life expectancy of 5 years fewer than women, and largely for preventable reasons. Men are often less informed about health issues and less likely to seek help. Our mission is to change this by:

  • Increasing knowledge and shine a light on overlooked men’s health issues.
  • Challenging stereotypes and create an environment where men are comfortable being vulnerable.
  • Providing products and services that help improve the overall wellbeing of men.
  • Standing up and advocating for every man.

With properties such as TRTed, a dedicated content hub for men and their health, we have built a platform for men’s health products to flourish and we seek to expand our portfolio to treat additional indications that primarily or exclusively affect men.

How is Androlabs structured?

Androlabs is part of an entrepreneurial life sciences holding company called Tithonia Group Ltd (“Tithonia”). The group was founded by Charlie Bryant and Nicolas Vennin and contains a global team of 35 employees across 7 countries. The group currently comprises Androlabs and Simple Pharma, the latter company specialising in providing best-in-class, tech-enabled distribution and compliance services on behalf of product owners such as Androlabs.
