MARKETING & NEW BUSINESS EXECUTIVE Full Time

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Marketing & New Business Executive (dependent on experience) to join our Business Development team at Medialab. An individual who wants to support in raising the agency’s profile externally and help drive our new business growth.

You will report directly into the Senior Business Development Manager, as well as working closely with the wider Business Development team. There will be a host of exciting projects for you to be involved in as you support our prospecting and growth ambitions.

As well as providing new business pitch support across presentation design, pitch theatre and collateral, you will also be managing our social media platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram and X, by planning and writing our latest content.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Marketing & Communication:

    Manage Medialab’s social media platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter – by drafting, planning and posting content

    Regularly update and improve agency collateral and assets (creds, video content)

    Keep the Medialab website refreshed with relevant content and assets

    Update & maintain consistent branding and guidelines on all internal and external communications, ensuring adherence to our agency brand guidelines

    Support the organisation of the agency’s internal and external events

    Work with the client teams to stay updated on all relevant client campaigns

    Use our CRM system, HubSpot, to send all relevant client and prospect comms

    Support with reporting on marketing activity

    Work closely with the HR team on internal comms

Business Development:


    Support our prospecting and growth ambitions through research

    Monitor competitor agency activity and report your findings

    Provide new business pitch support across project management, presentation design, pitch theatre and collateral

    Work with the Senior Business Development Manager to ensure HubSpot is kept up-to-date and is used in an efficient way

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


    Someone who has a strong attention to detail

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Good organisational and project management skills are a must have

    Previous experience using Adobe InDesign and AfterEffects, and similar programmes such a Canva would be a positive

    Experience using HubSpot, Survey Monkey, Microsoft Teams are a nice to have, but not a must

    Previous experience in a similar role would be nice to have, but not a must
