Sound like you, why not join us? Role Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Social Media Creative to join our dynamic team. This person will play a key role in shaping the brand’s social presence, creating compelling, culturally relevant content, and driving innovation across multiple platforms. The Senior Social Media Creative will work closely with various teams to lead the creative development of social-first content that resonates with our audience, responds to trends, and supports our brand and business objectives. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in shooting, editing, and producing social-first content across all our social platforms.
  • Drive the creative development of relevant social campaigns, concepts, and content series from ideation to final execution.
  • Oversee and manage the quarterly social creative process, ensuring seamless execution across multiple fast-paced projects.
  • Maintain an expert understanding of social media trends, platform-specific features, and the evolution of user behaviour to craft relevant content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of editing styles, apps, and tools to continuously enhance the creative quality of our social content.
  • Concept and pitch fresh, social-first ideas that align with the Urban Outfitters brand.
  • Optimise video content for both brand and paid output
  • Develop and deliver seasonal social creative direction, working closely with graphics and studio teams to bring it to life.
  • Provide detailed content briefs and constructive creative feedback to in-house teams, freelancers, and external talent when required.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across departments.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation across all creative marketing output
  • Admin support: shoot invoices, seasonal planning contribution and creative wash up sessions
What You'll Need:
  • A creative thinker who is adaptable to trends and shifting priorities when needed.
  • Proven experience creating and editing social media content, with a portfolio to show your work.
  • Must have a keen eye for what’s next and what’s new in social space including trends, editing styles and content formats
  • Strong TikTok expertise and knowledge of how the platform works
  • Confident to work with both brand and paid output
  • Strong understanding of Urban Outfitters brand positioning and our target customer
  • It would be ideal if you have in-house experience but not essential
