Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our customers and assist in configuring systems prior to dispatching to customer locations using courier services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Maintain and update IT documentation and records
- Assist in managing user accounts and permissions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
Experience
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with remedy ticketing system
- Understanding of computer networking principles
- Proficiency in DNS configuration
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users
- Ability to diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,306.00-£28,574.00 per year
