We are expanding our team and looking for a Senior Network Engineer who will not only take ownership of the network operations but also help shape the future of our company.
The Role:
As a Senior Network Engineer at Dasuni you will:
- Lead and manage complex network infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored network solutions.
- Provide senior-level expertise on network architecture, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing.
- Work directly with the leadership team to contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
- Ensure network systems are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- Take a proactive role in identifying potential improvements to our clients' networks and the MSP’s internal infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale network projects.
- Deep knowledge of networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong experience with network design, configuration, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or others) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, or similar technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
