Where will you be working?
Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
As an integral part of the finance team, reporting to the Head of Purchasing you will:
- Monitoring daily revenues and costs and prepare weekly/monthly food and beverage cost reports, reconciling all activities
- Leading weekly cost meetings, analysing data, and investigating discrepancies between actual and theoretical results, reporting findings and potential improvements to management
- Maintaining the purchasing system (Adaco) and POS system (Micros), ensuring accurate recipes, PLUs, prices, and timely updates
- Coordinating monthly inventory processes for all F&B outlets and Spa including reconciliation and variance analysis
- Conducting cost analysis based on purchases/sales, prepare financial and purchasing-related reports, and monitor sales trends to advise on cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities
