Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be. The Role: In this role you will plan and manage the entire HOKA EMEA Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You’ll lead the communication and alignment for the HOKA EMEA brand and product marketing launch strategies and own the internal and external seasonal briefing and reporting process. You’ll work with cross-functional EMEA marketing and business stakeholders to aid in the development of HOKA seasonal strategies, plans and aligned in execution. We’re looking for someone to join us in our UK, France or Netherlands office. Your Impact:
  • Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the EMEA Channel teams and key stakeholders
  • Manage, plan and execute GTM seasonal meetings with both internal teams and agency partners
  • Devise the Go-To-Market process, planning timelines, setting milestones, communicating effectively and collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Lead launch strategy for EMEA region, aligning with the global marketing team & EMEA merchandising teams
  • Create & manage seasonal critical path, cross functional calendars, & reporting input and templates.
  • Coordinate creation of seasonal decks to communicate EMEA marketing plans

  • Experience as a people leader is a plus
  • Experience of developing and managing the delivery of projects and brand strategies in a similar industry
