We are seeking a talented Community Manager to communicate and interact with our influencer database on a regular basis to build long lasting relationships and create a sense of community and trust within our agency.
Job Description:
As the Community Manager at Liveology, you will be responsible for building and overseeing relationships with our creators, developing strategies to enhance their growth, and ensuring they achieve their full potential on TikTok.
You will work with a team of creator managers and creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand partnerships and engages audiences, as well as supporting them and building trust. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, a deep understanding of the UK creator market, and a proven track record of driving creator success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Developing and implementing community engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with creators to develop content strategies that align with brand partnerships and engage audiences.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to track the success of creators and optimise strategies, providing constructive feedback when required.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices to provide informed guidance to creators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in community management, talent management, with a focus on TikTok platform.
- Extensive experience working in a traditional agency background with a deep understanding of the UK creator market.
- Deep understanding of TikTok’s platform, algorithms, and user behaviour.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and community management forums such as Discord.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
