What we’re looking for?
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, results focused, detail-oriented marketing professional.
In this role, you will radiate a can-do positive energy, capable in working through a matrixed organization to deliver marketing initiatives that build brand position and produce high quality sales pipeline.
You will work alongside a team of global Senior Product Marketing Managers to ensure marketing activities are delivered in line with set go-to-market strategies, to achieve business objectives for each sector. You will take ownership of different projects, working with internal stakeholders within and outside of marketing to deliver campaigns that ensure brand perception, customer acquisition and retention goals are achieved.

What will you be doing?
- Delivering global marketing campaigns that build our brand and deliver high quality sales leads.
- Write compelling value proposition messaging to support global campaigns and marketing materials across multiple sectors.
- Develop and nurture a network of internal content contributors to generate a continuous stream of high-quality content such as podcasts, webinars and white papers for distribution across all available channels.
- Analyse campaign data reports to improve sales lead conversion rates to revenue capture.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other functional departments within marketing such as Regional, Creative and Automation in order to project one shared marketing voice.
- Support new products launches and product enhancements in line with sector priorities through multichannel marketing programs.
- Support all aspects of Argus’ participation at key industry events to highlight thought leadership that elevates our brand in the marketplace and positions our offerings.
- Willingness to learn the vocabulary of the markets that Argus serves, gaining an understanding of market structure, trends and participants
- Demonstrate nimble work habits whereby you seize upon fast-breaking market trends or movements to produce timely and topical marketing campaigns.
What we’re looking for in you
- Have campaign execution and content development experience within in a B2B information or data provider, commodities industry experience a plus
- Possess excellent written skills with proven ability to produce high quality collateral, drawing on internal experts
- Are naturally curious and are interested to learn about commodity markets and price reporting agencies
- Understand demand generation principles and executing go-to-market tactics across the marketing mix
- Experienced in working with marketing automation and CRM software and know how to leverage these tools to accomplish marketing goals and deliver insights.
- You are self-directed to continuously adapt to achieve required tactical activity.
- Have high attention to detail and produce quality work in a timely manner.
- Thrive on building substantive internal and external relationships, working as part of a team and continuously learning.
- Are excited to solve problems from start to finish: identify causes, recommend solution, and implement.
Skills & Experience
- Related B2B marketing experience
- Able to navigate a complex environment involving stakeholders in various business functions and regions
- Able to balance the desires of the stakeholders with the needs of the Argus business and marketing objectives
- Commercially driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns
- Project management experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably in marketing)
- Data driven and keen to draw insight from complex marketing data to feed into marketing strategies
- Pragmatic and good at building strong relationships across multiple teams, including with sales and content experts
- Able to navigate a complex matrix environment involving stakeholders in various business functions
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Others: energetic/positive, good communicator, detail and result oriented, planning and management skills, readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements, customer focussed, and goal/results oriented
