Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the field
• Some theoretical knowledge or portfolio to call upon
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
• Effective communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• A lot of personality!
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English is preferred. If not obtained, must be willing to complete functional skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including DNS and TCP/IP problems
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Windows Server and Mac OS
• Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to IT-related problems
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures
• Document technical procedures and create user guides for software applications
• Assist with the management of IT assets and inventory
