Job Title: Management Accountant - Reporting to Finance Manager

Location and Hours:
Leonard Street, Shoreditch, London, EC2A 4QS - Monday - Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm (flexible hybrid working)


Job Description:

  • Managing the AP function
  • Supplier statement audits to SAP balances
  • Coordination with relevant personnel to reconcile and confirm monthly intercompany positions across the UK and Global group
  • Supporting transactional finance by processing and review.
  • Owning the accrued income reconciliations
  • Owning the Fixed asset and Intangibles registers
  • Querying open items on SAP on a monthly frequency (including open purchase and sales orders)
  • Coordinating with broader finance streams (debtors, creditors, treasury, operations) to assist with month end close
  • Preparation of Balance sheet recons
  • Month end reporting / refreshes in P&L’s/Balance Sheets and own the compilation of monthly management accounts
  • Audit support on internal, interim and year end
  • Assisting with the compilation of board reports
  • Assisting with reviews of annual accounts
  • Any other ad-hoc finance tasks as required by Management

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Minimum CIMA Management level or ACCA level 2
  • Intermediate excel usage essential
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Strong communication skills verbally and written essential
  • Have Right to Work in UK

Salary: £40,000 TO £45,000 depending of experience
