The Opportunity:

As the Strategic Brand Marketing Lead Global, you will be a key contributor to developing global marketing strategies and tactics. In this role, you will be responsible for the annual and ad hoc planning activities, including the Integrated Global Brand Plan, Annual Planning, and the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan, among others. Additionally, the Strategy and Planning Lead will drive commercial innovation to identify novel opportunities for maximizing patient access in both reimbursed and non-reimbursed markets.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Ensure the Marketing Function strictly adopts a culture of ethics and compliance, leading by example and appropriately challenging non-compliance.
  • Co-lead the co-creation of the Integrated Global Brand Plan and the rolling 3-year brand strategy with affiliates and cross-functional experts.
  • Act as a key brand expert, driving the implementation of marketing innovations with affiliates, ensuring adherence to the operational brand plan and global brand strategy, maximizing market share and revenue growth across the region, using the wide and full range of channels needed.
  • Manage the relationship with Key regional experts to develop insights and services through effective engagement with key stakeholders in close collaboration with medical.
  • Partner with the Omni-Channel Strategy team to build and deploy an effective digital engagement strategy for the brand that is fit for purpose across all affiliates.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive Pharma sector experience with strong customer focus; in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.
  • Strong knowledge of strong sales and marketing in an affiliate.
  • Track record of leading planning processes with excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Proven compliance expertise; to understand and comply with industry laws and relevant regulations.
  • Coaching and collaboration skills to interact with all levels of personnel to achieve shared goals.
  • Consumer health experience.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is located in Addlestone, UK.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per month in our Addlestone, UK office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
