We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our UK based marketing team. You'll be integral in helping us scale further in this market and positioning Staffbase as the go-to supplier for our audience's communication needs. You'll be involved in both online and offline marketing activities and should be excited to roll your sleeves up. What you'll be doing
- Help organize, manage and promote a rich and varied programme of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Creating, publishing and amplifying customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to showcase our platform's impact.
- Assist the Social team in managing the company's social media presence and engagement
- Assist in creating and managing marketing content.
- Updating and optimizing campaign landing pages.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including the creation of support materials.
- Working closely with global marketing teams to help localize international campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using tools like HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support with managing local PR initiatives.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Supporting with administrative tasks such as courier bookings, preparing event material and tracking budget spend etc.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 2+ years experience in marketing, communications or journalism
- Experience of working on multichannel marketing campaigns
- Experience of working on in person events, both own and third-party
- Experience of working with Social platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
- You are a confident and articulate communicator in English – both verbally and in writing with the ability to write lively and engaging copy
- You are highly organized, can work to set and self-imposed deadlines
- You are a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who loves to work in a diverse and international team
- You will care about delivering a brilliant experience, so exquisite attention to detail is key
- Experience of a fast-paced industry, from a B2B Tech or SaaS environment preferred
- Hubspot or marketing automation experience is beneficial
- Experience with Gainsight, Hopin/Ringcentral Events, Zoom Webinars is a plus but not essential
