We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Analyse customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £24,364.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Performance bonus
