Reporting to the Lead Delivery Owner Warehouse in Supply Chain Solutions, the role is to lead the delivery of EWM projects along with deployment of EWM template in CCEP warehouses in a matrix management manner.
The role also requires close partnerships with the Cross integration, Business Partners, local business stakeholders, master data and system Integrator teams as well as SAP architect supporting Profectus EWM Project.
Work with business functions, BPT and external stakeholders to deliver projects and programs according to Transactional Solutions ABP.
The role exists to increase the delivery of value for CCEP through the successful delivery of the Profectus EWM project, which forms part of the wider remit of Profectus, working with the wider EWM solution architecture and the Profectus S4 FTL team to ensure EWM touch points are scoped, owned and delivered successfully and coordinated accordingly for successful roll outs in line with Profectus EWM roadmap.
The Profectus programme is a multi-year business transformation which will touch every part of CCEP and will be rolled out over a number of years across the business. It will define how we will work for the future, aiming to enhance CCEP’s customer service, allowing us to focus on growing the business, be a more sustainable company and create value by simplifying and driving consistency across key processes at CCEP.
Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is part of the Profectus Programme and consists of key processes standardization in our Warehouse Management, enabled by a new technology platform (EWM, by SAP). Thanks to this initiative, we will replace our current Warehouse Management Systems in CCEP with one common template harmonizing the way of working across our warehouses, leveraging learning to improve and optimize operational processes.
This position is a great opportunity to be an active part of this Transformation through joining the team in chart of delivering the new SAP eWM solution to manage CCEP warehouses.
Lead delivery and ownership of BPT- products in an international environment for the CCEP business- Actively participates in the Cross Integration Team FTL-EWM workshops and discussions to design the integrated solution for EWM template
- Build and maintain strong & effective relationships with Profectus FTL/CIT teams and to represent the EWM solutions team
- Support the development of business scenarios and test scripts to be included in test plans for all test phases (SIT and UAT) for S4 template, pilots and deployment
- Work with the Vendor management team on creation of RFP, SOW, ROM documentation on behalf of the Supply chain solutions EWM team, consolidate information and insight from the broader team to create high quality documents to drive our SI engagements.
- Manage team adherence to SOW ensuring plans are created and actioned in a timely manner to deliver against milestones or manage deviations in a professional way.
- Deliver new product features and functionalities across the organization and in partnership with Business Partners, solution delivery teams, System Integrators and software providers.
- Consult with the business, business product owners and business partners to identify challenges or opportunities to improve business capabilities.
- Responsible for the valuable, timely and successful delivery of the projects and initiatives
- Analysis, planning, execution and closure of projects, including effort estimations, cost calculations and active management of scope, cost, change, risk, quality and communication
- Work in a global, diverse, interactive and openminded BPT Solution Delivery team located across several regions in the world
- Build strong relationships and a collaborative environment with stakeholders and broader Profectus team to enable successful outcomes: EWM, S4 Hana, CIM, horizontal streams, local business teams, SI, suppliers, as well as other teams across Profectus, especially where it will enhance the outcomes for CCEP as a business.
- Proactively support stakeholders to resolve blockers for mobilization
- Promote an environment of clear roles, responsibilities and next actions to enable the whole of BPT to mobilize its delivery of value to CCEP.
- Maintain a structured overview on availability and utilization of all BPT resources managed within the team.
- Drive synergies as part of the allocation of resources against local deployments to optimize value generation
Degree in computer science, business, engineering or a comparable degree- Fluent in English. Other languages (German, French, Spanish) will be a plus
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles in a related and comparable positions- Experience in managing and delivering solutions in Supply Chain area along with external partners
- Experience in manging multiple stakeholders ( internal & external ) and a diverse team
- Experience in building, leading and developing ways of working within a complex global IT environment
- Binding and representative appearance at senior management level
- Consistent customer / service management orientation
- Experienced in Warehouse management processes and systems.
- Good analytical and planning skills combined with independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working
- Experience in the consumer product market, beverage industry or logistics (a plus)
Knowledge in the following domains: Supply Chain Program/project management, IT Delivery management- Knowledge of business processes in warehouse, logistics and manufacturing.
