The role:
The SEO & Retargeting Coordinator will manage SEO, Paid Social and Remarketing channels across both Clarins and Beauty Daily websites. This role will collaborate closely with external agencies and internal teams to drive new traffic, conversions and enhance our brand's digital visibility.
What you’ll do:
Channel Expertise: SEO, Paid Social Retargeting and Remarketing
- Develop and execute strategies for SEO, Paid Social Retargeting, and Remarketing channels, supporting agencies in day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders for SEO, Paid Social, and Digital PR initiatives across clarins.co.uk and beautydaily.clarins.co.uk.
- Plan and manage Paid Social Retargeting campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest etc., to drive online sales.
- Collaborate with Media, PR and external agencies on influencer content creation to drive eCommerce on social platforms.
- Assist in developing and implementing Paid Social strategies, providing regular reports and insights to meet the campaign performance metrics and KPIs.
- Manage Email and SMS remarketing channels in close collaboration with the CRM team.
- Execute roadmap, proofing both timeliness and quality of activity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations and knowledge within the Social Media and SEO landscape.
- Work with agencies and internal teams on website content optimisation to support campaigns.
- Identify organic campaigns that generate traffic & backlinks, aligning priorities across Marketing, Social, CRM and PR teams.
- Implement improvements based on technical SEO audits and advocate SEO-friendly content practises.
- Analyse web user journeys and recommend adjustments from a performance perspective.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues with internal technical team or platform customer services (e.g. Facebook).
New channels
- Explore New content-related projects/channels from a performance marketing perspective.
- Explore and strategically activate Native advertising opportunities when relevant.
- Collaborate with the Media team to implement full funnel media campaigns, from awareness to conversion.
Reporting and finance
- Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance, ensuring channels stay within budget and meet KPIs.
- Support the Online Acquisition Manager with monthly acquisition reports, weekly updates, and other reporting when needed.
- Manage finance-related activities, including PO and invoice processing, and assist with contract renewals when needed.
- Provide operational and administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
You are:
- Experienced in copywriting and producing digital content.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
- Able to clearly explain analytical data in presentations.
- Enthusiastic, assertive and motivated.
- A great team player who can manage tasks independently.
You have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, either brand or agency side.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for content marketing and social media with a keen interest in the beauty industry.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast paced environment.
