Job Description
Job Purpose
The Paid Social Media Manager is a key role within NBCUniversal Catalyst’s Global Ad Sales team, creating and leading global paid social media campaigns for a variety of different clients. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all social campaigns, this role will play a key part in ensuring the success of branded content partnerships across the NBCUniversal portfolio. Working closely with team members in London and Singapore, reporting to the Senior Content Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute stellar content initiatives.
- Create, manage, and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs.
- Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across campaigns and channels.
- Analyse data to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Expertise in video and digital content development.
- Proven ability to deliver valuable social strategies and convert audiences.
- Creative eye for engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience managing online communities and social listening.
- Direct paid social experience: campaign builds, budget management, performance analysis.
- Knowledge of targeting for global audiences and market segmentation.
- Exceptional copywriting skills for social media.
- Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.
