```Duties``` - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and feedback - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices ```Skills``` - Proven experience in social media management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Proficient in using social media management tools - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategies. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing data to optimize our online presence. If you have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively, we would love to hear from you. Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in social media management is required.
