Peer Support Worker (ED-IT) Full Time

We are looking for a peer support worker to join our new and developing Tier 2 adult Eating Disorder Intervention Team within Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB. We are a small and friendly team who would highly value the contributions from an enthusiastic peer support worker to help shape the development of our emerging service.

The post holder would offer guidance on service related developments and would support the therapeutic interventions within the service. This may include co-facilitating group-based interventions with qualified clinicians.

Lived experience of having had an eating disorder is essential for this role.

Fixed term until March 2026 to meet the needs of the service

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
