TRLUK are a Telecom Company looking for an office based Technical Support assistant to help us with varied customer needs - from answering calls, problem solving with broadband faults and line faults and organising engineer appointments if needed, through to dealing with suppliers to connect services and setting up and dispatching routers and other equipment.

You'll be responsible for progressing your own work to a resolution (with the support of the team and our field engineers) - as well as logging your activity on our CRM/ticketing system. You may find yourself solving a technical query one moment and programming a phone the next.

Telephone customer service skills and experience are a must, and you'll need to be well presented, trustworthy and punctual with an engaging, calm and warm manner. You'll be keen to learn and want to seize an opportunity to grow in your role with our business

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a sensible, a practical and thorough approach to tasks, a degree of technical aptitude and a great telephone manner - although we welcome all candidates with the right attitude.
