The role of an Airside Operations Transport Senior Agent is to plan and organise the daily running of the yards and outbound areas, ensuring all 3rd party deliveries are loaded on time. This is a physical role which will involve pushing and pulling containers of freight. You will work alongside a number of departments to maintain and distribute stock levels and report to the Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

• Coach and familiarise new joiners within the department including training.
• Respond to any last-minute changes.
• Liaise with Ramp Trainers on individual needs/training requirements.
• Co-ordinate Ramp operation in order to contribute successfully to DHL operations.
• Prioritise workload of self and others.
• Support DHL core operations, as required.
• Loading dollies and trucks with DHL freight
• Contribute to On Time Performance of the DHL Network.
• Completion of Band A to C training, as required.
• Provide support and cover for supervisor when required.

• You are expected to report all accidents, near misses and hazards in the workplace.

Hours: Friday-Monday 40 hours per week (Friday-Sunday 04:00–16:00, Monday 04:00 – 12:00) 1hr break each shift
