About the role
The Change Manager role will support our Digital & Change team to drive change and improvement across the organisation. This will include consulting with management to design and execute strategies that can be implemented quickly and in line with the ambitions of the Corporate Plan.
The Change Manager will play an integral role in ensuring that the adoption of change is smooth and effective. This position focuses on overseeing the development and implementation of strategies aimed at guiding stakeholders through various changes within the organisation, such as new processes, systems, or structures in respect of Category A Projects & programmes. This role will be central in ensuring that the people impact of change are identified, understood, communicated and managed in a way that engages all stakeholders.
