SEGA Amusements International Ltd (SAI) is actively recruiting for a Multi-Site Service Engineer to cover all sites in West London/Home Counties and the neighboring geographical area. Ideally located within Reading, Heathrow, Fleet or High Wycombe.

The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of the Sega Amusements product range. This role is a vital part of our business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of Sega Amusements equipment on a nationwide basis.
• Carry out basic network diagnostic work
• To complete preventative maintenance
• Refill and merchandise selected machines
• Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities

Required Keys and Experience

• 2+ years’ experience servicing electronic coin/redemption and video arcade equipment/products
• Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of SEGA and 3rd party products
• Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner
• Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling
• You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover all locations as and where required to provide support to Engineers across all sites. This role will will require the job holder to stay overnight.
• Must be able to work every other weekend and pro rata public holidays. Some out of hours work required for installation projects.
