Job Description
Accounting practice based in Central London (near Liverpool Street station) is looking to recruit a full time Apprentice Bookkeeper.
We are a small accounting practice with 10 members of staff dealing with SMEs. We are fully licensed and hold employers accreditation from AAT and ICAEW.
The successful candidate will be trained to be responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Payroll Administration
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Preparation of year end bookkeeping reports
- Client management
- Dealing with client's queries
- Other admin and bookkeeping work
Ideal candidate will:
- Have experience dealing with clients personally and on the phone
- Have a keen attitude and positive personality
- Be willing to take professional qualifications (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc)
- Be a quick learner
- Be fluent in English
