Financial Analysis: Assisting in the analysis of financial data to provide insights into business performance, trends, and variances. This may involve examining income statements and balance sheets. Cost Analysis: Helping to analyse costs associated with production, operations, or projects to identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements. Month-end Close: Participating in month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and assisting with financial reporting requirements and to produce balance sheet reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Supporting the preparation of internal management reports as well as external financial reports required by regulatory bodies or stakeholders. Variance Analysis: Assisting in the investigation of variances between actual and budgeted figures to understand reasons for deviations and to provide recommendations for corrective actions. Ad Hoc Projects: Participating in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve process improvement initiatives, or other ad hoc tasks. Compliance and Regulation: Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards in all financial activities.
