Job Title: Accountant
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week, Monday 9:00 - 17:30
Location: Shepperton
Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver and take responsibility for a full range of accounting and tax services to clients.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and management accounts.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Build and maintain strong and healthy relationships with clients.
- Coach and train junior members of the team.
- Coordinate and work closely with accounting staff and other team members.
- Contribute to practice growth by sharing ideas and becoming a pillar that the business can rely on.
- Participate in business transformation by demonstrating a keen interest to change and embrace new processes and technologies.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years of previous experience within an accountancy practice.
- Tech Proficiency: Proven experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or equivalent, and a good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Numeracy Skills: Essential ability to handle numbers with accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate well at all levels with colleagues and clients, and to create clear, visually appealing emails for customer interactions.
- Organisational Skills: Outstanding organisation and attention to detail are crucial.
- Professional Development: A track record of continuous professional development and a willingness to develop oneself and others around them.
- Driving Licence and Car: Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the UK.
