We’re looking for a Acquisition Marketing Assistant to join our global marketing team to support on our ambitious plans driving sustainable new customer growth.

Yoto’s Marketing & Creative Team

We’re a global team looking after brand and product marketing, acquisition and retention marketing, communications and creative, with multi-disciplinary marketing teams in key regions – the USA, UK and France. We work closely with teams across the business, particularly our friends in the product, tech and content teams.

The Acquisition Marketing team is a global function and is focused on driving sustainable new customer growth. We work alongside our market teams to ensure strategies are executed effectively and efficiently.


What you’ll be doing
:

  • Support the Acquisition Marketing Manager to implement the digital marketing strategy for our D2C & Amazon channels

  • Helping to bring campaigns to life for new customers alongside the market, brand and content teams

  • Supporting with strategic management of Google Ads and Amazon ads

  • Monitoring and reporting on daily and monthly performance across channels and campaigns

  • Working with the design, UX and brand teams to ensure our new customer touch points are optimised for conversion and AOV

  • Briefing new ad creative based industry best practices

  • Helping the team keep track of the latest trends and developments in performance marketing

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ years’ digital performance marketing execution across Google search, Instagram, Amazon and/or other paid media channels

  • Experience working with D2C & Amazon brands and/or brands which sell multi-channel

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness & understanding of driving end-to-end profitable growth

  • Highly data literate

  • Energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced startup / scaleup environment



Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience.

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
