JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Attraction Manager – Content & Campaign Management for Marriott International’s Talent Acquisition Team will be part of a devoted team of Talent Attraction specialists responsible for campaign planning, optimisation, performance and analytics.
This role owns the design and development of specialized creative content that brings to life our People Brand Initiatives to attract, engage and retain future and current talent. Working with the wider Talent Acquisition Team, hotel marketing and HR teams, you will act as an advisor in how content can be best leveraged to attract and retain talent and a country/property level via talent attraction activities, including employer brand collateral at recruiting and associate events, seasonal and youth recruitment campaigns, job board career pages and campaigns executed via social media and email marketing.
You will be the People Brand Custodian, approving content for scale and in doing so create process and templates where helpful to maintain our People Brand - BE is consistently embodied.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in content creation and campaign management
- Geographical experience in Europe, Middle East and/or Africa
- Previous experience in project management
- Previous experience with Canva and other Graphic Design / Video Editing tools is preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- Management of the complete Employer Brand Content development to facilitate photo/video shoots.
- Planning and post-production to include writing briefs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, liaising with brand approved photographers, managing content capture on-site during filming and fully compliant upload to Marriott International’s approved digital asset library and website.
- Development and oversight of annual content and campaign calendars enabling the deployment of localized campaigns in key markets across EMEA.
- Data Analysis of campaign performance and optimization.
- Knowledgeable in social media and Customer Relationship Management Tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously
- This role requires 30% Travel Time
