We are excited to be recruiting for a IT Manager on behalf of a key strategic partner.

Our partner is a dynamic and fast-growing sports analytics company based in London. They specialise in leveraging data and advanced statistical methods to provide insights and predictive analysis to aid elite sporting performance. The company is now seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems.

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and supporting the business’s technology needs. The role includes managing IT staff, implementing new technologies, and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, security, and efficient operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company’s data and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for new systems and upgrades.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £80,000.00 per year
