About the role
Join our team at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) as a Trainees’ Administrator. As part of our Education team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and quality assurance of our Subspecialty training programmes in Gynaecological Oncology, Maternal and Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Medicine and Urogynaecology. Your expertise will ensure that our training curricula meet the highest standards, contributing directly to our mission of improving women’s health care worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and management of the Trainees’ Register, including data alignment, correspondence and renewals
- Administer SITM and SIPM registrations, updates and record-keeping
- Support the National Trainees’ Committee with committee services, including preparing papers, agendas and minutes
- Coordinate National Trainees’ Committee Development Days, including organising agendas, presentations, and logistics.
- Provide support for Out of Programme (OOP) requests and CCT applications, ensuring adherence to College protocols.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health and the Royal College of General Practitioners.

About you
We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience in administrative roles, preferably within education or healthcare settings. You should have a proven ability to manage databases and application processes, maintain high standards of data quality, and provide excellent customer service. Your communication skills and attention to detail will be essential for managing complex tasks and supporting a diverse group of trainees.
Requirements
- Experience working in an administrative or support role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in managing systems and databases.
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Effective communication skills and confidence in supporting diverse stakeholders.
