Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating systems in various settings. Own transport required
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install heating systems
- Plumb heating pipes and fixtures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Conduct maintenance checks on heating systems
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty heating systems
- Drive commercially to different work locations
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Proficiency in basic maths for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for system diagnostics and repairs
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in carpentry and welding is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 08.00 – 16.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Plumbing: 10 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- City & Guilds (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
