Office Manager / Administrator (with Procurement & Accounting Experience)

Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Zafiro’s Homes Limited is a dynamic and growing property development company based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager/Administrator with a solid background in procurement and accounting to join our team. This is a key role in our company, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement and Buying:

- Manage the purchasing of materials and supplies for our development sites.

- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and oversee timely deliveries.

- Accounting and Finance:

- Assist with financial tasks including invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.

- Coordinate with our finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Conduct cost analysis and assist in project budgeting.

- General Administration:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage office supplies, correspondence, filing, and document management.

- Organize meetings, manage calendars, and support the team with various administrative tasks.

- Office Management:

- Coordinate closely with quantity surveyors, contracts managers, and site managers.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Excel and Data Management:

- Utilize Excel for data analysis, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

- Generate reports and presentations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in office management, procurement, and basic accounting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Knowledge of the construction or property development industry is advantageous.
