Client Accountant – Royal Wharf, E16

We are seeking an experienced Client Accountant to join our team in Royal Wharf. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries. Intermittently, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting. This position offers a hybrid working schedule, which can be discussed during interview stage.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Accountant:

  • Managing the client accounting function for a portfolio of clients
  • Provide client support on statements, rents, and accounts.
  • Credit control, including rent and fee chasing .
  • Handle deposit releases and set up daily payment schedules.
  • Finance and tax reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to the team as instructed by the line manager.

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience using Veco software (desirable)
