Accounts Assistant (Temporary) Full Time

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Process and report all the accounting documents and liaise between EHQ & agents for agents of SWB & HRU.

MAIN JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Agents AR AP daily closing report control
  • Payment approval requests process and control
  • AP, Commission invoice posting process and reimbursement request to HQ
  • AR refund request verification and processing
  • AR, AP weekly performance report
  • Vendor Bank account confirmation process
  • HRU storage account operation process review
  • Audit and process of GA invoice of agents
  • Monthly accounting closing material preparation and report to HQ.
  • IFRS Quarterly Closing for SWB + HRU Package, BI Input, Jusuk Input.
  • Report the variance between budget and actual expense.
  • Other ad hoc duties by manager for SWB & HRU agents

PERSON SPECIFICATION

WORK SKILLS, GENERAL AND SPECIALIST JOB KNOWLEDGE:

  • Communicate and guide the staffs in SWB + HRU agent
  • Good knowledge of procedure for accounting procedure in SWB + HRU
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Words & Power point
  • Knowledge of system Compass, SAP

GENERAL SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Communication – Ability to effectively deliver information at all levels
  • Teamwork – Willingness to participate as part of a closeknit team
  • Accuracy – Vital
  • Organisational Skills – The ability to prioritise workload

Korean speaking candidates preferred due to the nature of the role, however, this is not essential.

EDUCATION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in similar or relevant field is desired but not essential.

PROFESSIONAL BODY:

A relevant professional qualification is advantageous.

This is a temporary role is based in our London office 5 days per week.
