The role


The Field Marketing Executive position is at the front end of our business and comprises all marketing activities that involve face-to-face contact with prospects and clients. In this role, you will support the Field Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning and executing effective marketing programmes to promote our products and services in the field.


Your primary focus will be to work closely with the sales team to execute programmes that will generate leads in the middle and bottom of the demand generation funnel. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.


You should have strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and tools. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and project management skills are also essential in this role. A proven track record of driving revenue growth through field marketing activities is a plus.

We're looking for someone who must have


  • Has worked in a B2B business within the technology, SaaS or Fintech industry.
  • Experience in working in field marketing and/or campaign management to plan and implement lead generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Managed and owned events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Managed other promotional activities such as ABM Programmes, Industry Campaigns, webinars and email campaigns.
  • Worked closely with the Communications team to implement social activities that will support all other marketing activities in your region.
  • Experience forecasting, measuring, analysing and reporting on the impact of your programmes on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with the sales to coordinate, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities.
  • A highly organised individual with a self-starter mindset. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage the daily execution and monitoring of multiple programmes or campaigns.
  • Be comfortable with traveling in the region to support physical programmes such as events.
  • Someone who is curious by nature and is keen to learn about all aspects of marketing.

  • Sales force automation systems (Good understanding of the Campaigns and Reporting functionality of SalesForce.com is a must) Marketing automation platforms (Theoretical understanding of Eloqua or Marketo)
