Growth Marketing Senior Specialist, Risk, UK & EMEA

What the day will look like

As a valued partner to the business your day will be varied and exciting – no day is the same! You'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills and experience across multiple fields, partnering with marketing colleagues across the UK and Europe, Middle East and Africa, to deliver campaigns and tactics, including digital marketing, content development, social media, communications and events. You will help to progress business growth priorities, request and review campaign assets, interpret and report on campaign results and ensure our activity aligns with our global brand strategy, messaging and storytelling.

Day-to-day experience includes:

• Supporting the Growth Marketing Team to implement targeted risk focused campaigns that generate engagement and demand
• Collaborating closely with country marcomms and business leaders to understand their priorities and feedback
• Collaborating closely with 3rd parties to develop and deliver designed assets and digital campaigns
• Adapting and optimising content to meet local country and campaign requirements
• Generating and review campaign reporting, working closely with marketing leaders to optimise activity and business leaders to action marketing qualifies leads

As part of the EMEA & UK Risk Marketing Team, the Growth Marketing Senior Specialist will have the opportunity to work closely across marketing and the business to deliver campaign tactics that generate engagement with and demand for Aon’s solutions. This role reports into the Growth Marketing Manager for Risk and partners with the related solution line and commercial leaders. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with marketing experts across multiple countries and build a strong professional network. It is the perfect role to build the foundation of an exciting career in marketing and communications at Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• B2B marketing experience working within professional services / financial services environment.
• Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing campaign assets and tactics including digital marketing, social media, content marketing
• Demonstrated skills of collaborating in teams and delivering high quality results
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and business collaborators
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
