Brand Marketing Executive

Role summary: The Marketing Executive will spearhead all Nosakhari Ltd brand initiatives to their full growth potential by executing multi-channel marketing and advertising plans. You will be expected to manage an entrepreneurial hands-on role, designing and executing brand awareness and sales in both B2C and B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness .
- Oversee the creation and management of the marketing calendar, aligning it with the company's critical path .
Content Management :
- Lead the creation, distribution, maintenance and management of all brand content and resources across multiple channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all physical and digital touch points.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage all digital marketing efforts, including database management, email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns .
- Optimise the consumer journey across digital channels to enhance engagement and conversation.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, from interns to senior roles, to achieve marketing objectives.
- provide marketing support for Nosakhari's brands (Nosakhari London, Artisans, and CreateLab) as directed by the Design & Brand Executive and Creative Director.
Campaign Management:
- Create and deliver presentations and present ideas to the team, partners, and clients.
- Prepare accurate reports on the overall performance of all marketing campaigns .
- Identify and leverage the latest trends and technologies to optimise marketing opportunities .
Growth And Innovation :
- Work with the team to brainstorm and implement new and innovative growth strategies.
- Develop marketing campaigns with budget constrains .

- Experience managing different levels of internal and external stakeholders .
- A keen interest in digital channels and a commitment to delivering an optimal consumer journey in a multi-channel environment .
- Proven ability to manage marketing critical paths and campaign calendars .
- Ability to support and lead marketing creation, distribution, maintenance, and management of brand content.
- Experience in providing wholesale clients with marketing assets .
- Strong presentation skills for delivering ideas to team members , partners, and clients .
- Demonstrated understanding of applying AIDA principles to capture attention , generate interest , and stimulate costumer action.
- Analytical skills to prepare accurate performance reports and optimise marketing strategies.
- A collaborative mindset to work with the team on innovative growth strategies .
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, in the fashion or luxury goods industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing , social media, and advertising .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment .
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
