Your Impact in Digital Marketing and Social Media:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Home Instead, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. You’ll manage our internal campaigns, design and adapt marketing reports, create and manage landing pages, and oversee content on our websites. Additionally, you will lead our social media strategy and local outreach efforts to boost engagement and generate inquiries. Proficiency in marketing tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and HubSpot is essential.

Your Role in Digital Marketing:

Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Develop compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize for continuous improvement.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Design all visual assets for digital campaigns, including newsletters, email templates, social media graphics, and marketing reports.
  • Utilize Canva, Adobe Suite, and other design tools to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
  • Adapt and update marketing reports to reflect campaign performance and insights.

Website & Landing Page Management:

  • Create, design, and manage landing pages on our WordPress websites to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure website content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and SEO.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure landing pages and other web content meet business goals.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and schedule social media posts that resonate with our target audience and encourage interaction.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with our community to foster relationships and drive inquiries.

Local Community Engagement:

  • Research and identify local events, organizations, and opportunities where Home Instead can make an impact.
  • Plan and execute local outreach initiatives that increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders to drive inquiries and partnerships.

Marketing Tools & Technologies:

  • Utilise marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress effectively.
  • Create and adapt marketing reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Be open to learning and integrating new tools and technologies as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, graphic design, and social media management.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
  • Experience with creating and managing landing pages and adapting marketing reports.

Design & Creative Skills:

  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to create visually appealing, engaging, and brand-consistent content.

Technical Skills:

  • Comfortable with marketing tools and platforms, particularly HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite, and WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Project Management:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information simply and clearly.
