Clocktower Dental and Heronsgate Dental & Facial are seeking a creative and results-oriented Business Growth Manager who can elevate our brand presence and drive business expansion across both practices.

We offer general, cosmetic and specialist dental treatments, along with facial aesthetics treatments. All of our dentists and specialists have undertaken extensive training to provide the highest quality.

Position Summary:

The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support the overall growth of Clocktower Dental and Heronsgate Dental & Facial. This role involves managing all marketing activities, developing partnerships, and optimising the patient experience to ensure sustained growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing with a proven track record in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of Clocktower Dental and Heronsgate Dental & Facial.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, with a focus on attracting new patients and retaining existing ones.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of promotional content, including blog posts, newsletters, and patient testimonials, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Brand Development & Management:

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and patient touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize the online presence of both practices, including websites, social media profiles, and online reputation management (e.g., patient reviews).
  • Work with designers and external agencies to create marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

Patient Experience & Engagement:

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the overall patient experience, from initial contact through to post-treatment care.
  • Develop and implement patient engagement programs, such as loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and educational seminars, to increase patient retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor patient feedback and use insights to continuously improve service delivery and patient communications.

Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote the practices and generate referrals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with other healthcare providers and specialists to enhance referral networks and expand service offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and community activities to network and promote Clocktower Dental and Heronsgate Dental & Facial.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives using KPIs and metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing ROI, patient acquisition trends, and growth opportunities for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the management team to align marketing and growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing and patient coordination teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to keep the practices at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience in multi-site marketing and knowledge of facial aesthetics marketing is highly desirable.
