We’re looking for a talented Digital & Social Media Officer / Marketing Officer to join us on our journey, contributing to both our internal marketing efforts and those of our diverse range of clients.
Role Overview:
As the Digital & Social Media Officer / Marketing Officer, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategies, social media presence, and event management initiatives. You’ll also manage our podcast series, oversee CRM activities, and even engage in some light design work. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our agency and select clients, focusing on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and curate content for our agency’s social media channels, as well as select clients. This includes creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and analysing performance metrics.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including client workshops, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Podcast Management: Manage the production and promotion of our podcast series, including guest coordination, episode planning, editing and distribution across platforms.
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimise our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging it for targeted marketing campaigns (ideally HubSpot).
- Design Work: Engage in light design tasks, such as creating social media graphics, email templates, and event materials using design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Website management: Looking after our website, and using our CMS (WordPress) to edit and add new content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and event planning.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in marketing strategies.
- Basic design skills with familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience in podcast management or a willingness to learn the ropes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
