About Us: Join our boutique social media and digital marketing agency based in the heart of Fulham! We are a young, female-founded company working with some incredible clients across London, including some epic A-list celebs . We're on the lookout for a passionate Account Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of social media and digital marketing, reporting directly to our Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Design:
- Create engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand tone and objectives.
- Use design tools such as Canva for graphic creation; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Support the team in drafting shoot briefs and coordinating logistics for content production.
Content Scheduling and Management:
- Schedule posts across various social media platforms using scheduling tools.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages.
- Update and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Social Media Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Generate regular reports on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness.
- Provide insights and suggestions based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Copywriting and Content Development:
- Assist in writing copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with each client’s unique voice.
- Support the creation of content for email newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy and consistency in grammar and style.
Influencer Outreach and Management:
- Develop and maintain influencer lists relevant to clients' brands.
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation and campaign execution.
Filming & Editing:
- Use your mobile device to create and edit engaging video content.
- Edit videos using software like CapCut, ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and marketing team to develop and implement social mediastrategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools to incorporate into client strategies.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to drive innovative and visually appealing content.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Participate in meetings and client calls to gain insights into account management and client relations.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management, such as data entry and maintaining content calendars.
- Help in organising and managing digital assets, ensuring easy access for the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or a related role – agency experience is a bonus but not essential!
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their analytics tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with video editing software like CapCut.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
