Marketing Executive Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1) Formulate marketing strategies: Based on market analysis and company goals, formulate comprehensive marketing strategies, including brand promotion, product positioning, pricing strategies, etc.

2) Market research: Conduct market research and competition analysis to understand target customer groups, market trends and competitor dynamics, and provide data support for formulating marketing strategies.

3) Formulate marketing plans: According to marketing strategies, formulate detailed marketing plans and execution plans, including the arrangement and implementation of advertising, promotions, public relations and other activities.

4) Brand promotion: Responsible for the promotion of the company's brand, increasing brand awareness and reputation, and shaping the brand image.

5) Marketing: organize and implement various marketing activities, including online and offline advertising, exhibitions, sponsorship activities, etc., to attract target customer groups.

6) Digital Marketing: Responsible for the company's digital marketing work, including social media marketing, to improve brand online exposure and user conversion rate.

7) Sales support: Cooperate with the sales team to provide marketing support, including producing sales materials, training sales personnel, following up on sales progress, etc.

8) Customer relationship management: Establish and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs and feedback, and provide reference opinions for product improvement and market positioning.

9) Performance analysis: Monitor the effectiveness and performance of marketing activities, conduct data analysis and reporting, and timely adjust and optimize marketing strategies.

Job requirements:

1) Bachelor degree or above, marketing, media, advertising and other related professional background.

2) Have at least 2 years of work experience in related fields. Applicants with experience in Internet or new media marketing will be given priority.

3) Have market analysis skills and be able to conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitors and target customers to formulate effective marketing strategies.

4) Be familiar with the basic theories and common tools of marketing, and have solid market analysis and marketing planning capabilities.

5) Have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively cooperate with team members and other departments.

6) Have innovative awareness and execution ability, and be able to think independently and effectively implement marketing strategies.

7) Proficient in using office software and commonly used design software, such as Word, Excel, Photoshop, etc.
